We ship to most countries worldwide, if shipping to your country isn't being calculated, please contact us for a quote.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Once your order has accepted you will get a confirmation email. Once it's been dispatched, you will recieve notification again via email.
Order dispatch time can vary depending on the daily order volume, for orders of Plamo Colour paints, there is an average of 3 working days before dispatch, as they are freshly mixed up upon your order, large orders can take a little longer.
If you require paints urgently, please contact us so we can prioritise your order for possible same day dispatch. For non urgent orders please allow 5 working days for your order to be dispatched after placing your order before contacting us.
If an order/delivery is very urgent, important, expensive please contact us by email to ensure we can meet your needs before placing your order.
My Order has not arrived yet.
The speed of Postal and Courier services in different countries tend to vary, this is beyond our control. Most of our worldwide parcels arrive within 3-10 days.
If you have not yet recieved a dispatch notice, please make sure you contact us to see what the status of your order is.
Usually my order usually takes a certain number of days, but my new order has not arrived yet.
You chan check the status of your shipment by using your tracking number to see exactly where it is.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
There's currently a special offer on for UK Customers only, whereby if you spend over £100 you get free delivery on your order.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
Your order status will be updated once the order has been despatched, you will get an email letting you know the details and you can also check by loging into your account and checking your Order History.
If your order has not been updated, plase use the contact form section to enquire about the status of your order.
What do the different Order Statuses mean?
Despatch Pending - We have recieved your order, any changes can be made.
If you wish to make changes please use contact us or reply to you confirmation email to contact us immediately.
Processing - Your order is being put together, mixing up your paints or waiting for delivery of stock. If we are waiting on Stock, we will notify you so you can decide if you want a refund on the item, or wait until it arrives.
Cancelled (Non Payment) - Payment was not completed and the order has been canceled sometimes this is due to not fully completing at the checkout.
Return To Sender - Your order has been returned to us for some reason, we will contact you if this happens. Additional shipping charges may be necessary depending on the circumstances the item was returned under.
Possibly Lost in Post - Item has going missing in transit and we are working on a solution.
On Hold - We are waiting for your email response to an order query, or you have chosen your order to be held and despatched on a later date.
Dispatched (showing chosen method) - This means your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you.
Delivered (showing chosen method) - This is for our own use to sign off what orders have been fully completed.
Will you ship paints to my Country?
It is your responsibility to check with your local Postal Service to confirm if any items being purchased are classed as Prohibited Goods (Paints, Thinners, and Flammable Liquids etc) within your country.
If you have purchased an item/s which is classed as Prohibited Goods and it is not delivered, we can not offer refunds. If the item/s are returned to Plamo UK for this reason, we will refund the value of the items returned minus any shipping/packing or other incurred costs.
